The portfolio includes centers that were built, owned, and operated by ATT globally. Completing the transaction to purchase these assets and transfer of the operations team to Evoque in late 2018, we launched the company on a solid foundation of people and assets that has accelerated our ability to quickly address the needs of our customers today and tomorrow. We focus on what our customers ask for and have already addressed the need for carrier neutral facilities and access to cloud on-ramp providers.
