Details: IRM Training began operations in 1989 providing training for I.T. professionals and their technical and business managers. IRM specialises in the fields of business analysis, business process modelling, requirements investigation and project management.
We work with our clients to structure the training, to measure the training effectiveness and to provide post-training support. We offer a regular schedule of public courses, plus in-house courses which can be tailored to suit the clients own culture and methodology.
IRM is totally independent. We do not sell software, hardware or methodologies; neither do we accept commissions or recommendations.
The focus of our training is on the development and management of business systems using information technology. Our revenue is derived from consulting and training in these areas.
All IRM courses are practical workshops with the emphasis on learn by doing, which has long been recognised as a highly effective way of teaching skills and techniques. Each workshop is oriented around a fully worked case study where course delegates work in teams to solve problems and present solutions.
