The word Samudra is a Sanskrit term which means 'Ocean'. In Yoga, we often bind a pose, or create a symbolic seal of our intent to move inward. The word for this seal is 'Mudra'. It is our intent to bind the experience of ocean and body. Our highly experienced teachers aim to give you the tools to develop your own daily Astanga Yoga practice, a deeper awareness of the ocean and a healthy lifestyle.
